Bamboo slats or split bamboo fences are woven together with black nylon coated wire, as opposed to other split bamboo slat fences in the market that usually tie their fences with bare metal wire exposing unsightly metal and rust. The fence is semi-opaque, which provides some privacy. The unique color of the bamboo slats makes it one of the most gorgeous and striking, looking bamboo fences on the market today. The bamboo slats we use are about 1/2" wide. They are packed in a roll for convenience in shipping and setting up. Bamboo poles may also have different diameters at either end, this is due to the way bamboo grows.

Great looking pergola with easy to follow instructions. Took two adults about 7 hours to build with breaks in between. We also used the recommended expansion bolts to secure it to our cement patio. The wood is very soft so it does dent and scratch easily while we were building it but it doesnt look bad at all. Our exclusively designed reed fencing is a wonderful and natural addition to your home and garden. We use only clean polished reeds woven together with black nylon-coated wires that match perfectly with the color tone of the fence. Most other reed fences on the market are made with non-polished reed with husk. This fence is NOT opaque. You would need to double or triple it for total coverage. It is very light and thin but makes a great covering or accent for your home.
