I’m giving 4 stars for the customer service not the product. I bought the chairs in the walnut color, but they look nothing like the photos online. They are very orange and I was expecting a medium to dark brown. Additionally, if anything touches the seat it’s going to immediately stain and there is no cleaning them and they smell like chemicals. I went to process the return online but it wanted to charge me $100. I called customer service and asked them to please waive the charge for my return since the product was drastically different from what is advertised and they honored it. I wouldn’t suggest this product but will continue to purchase from wayfair because of my positive experience.
