The bed is great! The only thing that was frustrating was that it was advertised as the lowest price and had a 24 hour window to get the offer so I took it. I found out two days later that the Bed went on sale for a lower price and when I contacted customer service, they were unwilling to match that price or even let me return the bed and get my money back and then order the Bed at the lower price. I can’t stop looking at it every time I walk into my room! Disclaimer It took 2 people approx 3 hours to assemble. If you’re doing it by yourself it’ll take much longer. It’s easier with at least 2 people and (if you’re the 2nd person go ahead and find you an allen wrench, it’ll go by faster than our 3 hours). This is a not a pure white bed, I would say more of a creamy white and I LOVE IT. It looks fantastic in our bedroom and the exterior pieces are well made. I could not give it 5 stars due to the flimsy slats for supporting the mattress. Also, a word of caution, DO NOT move the bed even slightly after getting it set up with the mattress on it. We have porcelain tiled floors so we could slide it another 2 - 3 inches so the headboard was against the wall but that caused all the legs on the slats to bend and fall off. We love our Hanson bed. We’ve had it for several years now and paired it with a Casper king size mattress. It’s very sturdy and doesn’t creak or shuffle when you move in bed. The color is beautiful. If any lint gets stuck on it, a quick electric lint roller solves that issue. I do love the bed. One suggestion: I tried to get the shipping date changed before I even placed the order. You cannot change it online. So I called and was told by an associate that it could be done. It was a difficult process and in the end, the bed was delivered on the original date!
