The runner looks lovely , exactly what I needed for dogs not to slide on hardwood floors. It has non slip backing. The design is pretty. I'm waiting for two other sizes ot the same kind. The only thing I would like to suggest, is, that instead of folding the runner, it could be rolled up. That way it would look nice and straight on the floor when unpacked. I have this rug in several sizes though out my house. It is fairly think and well made. The runners and small round one I have do not really shed and have held up great. Nice grill. Heats up quickly and love that the burners light up well. The backlit control knobs are great as they light up red if turned on. I have found that there are zones with different temperatures on the cooking surface, so that needs to be watched when cooking and you may need to move the food around on the surface. This is so much nicer in person than the photos. Still working on my entranceway at the new house, but this is a great start. This rug is thick and the weatherstripping drags across it, but I think once we have experienced some traffic in and out the door, the rug will settle down and hopefully that will stop.
