The caps breakoff leaving the filler in the threads. I only got 2 of the six out whole. I will need to somehow remove the plastic inserts without damaging the threads for the replacement screws.. I haven’t slept as well in the last 5 years as I have in the last two nights on this mattress! It doesn’t sink down like a memory foam mattress. To me it’s just like laying on a regular mattress, my weight is supported evenly and it’s very comfortable. I also notice that when you sit down on the side of the bed you don’t start sinking in like you would if you were on a memory foam mattress. I’m loving it so far and will update if there are issues..
