Very tight tolerances, to install, but absolutely stunning. We have taken one star off because the water pressure on the bidet is not as strong as we are used to, but it still does the job. I just got this hung and it is going to be everything I was needing. It’s quite easy to hang as there is a square base you mount and then add the actual mirror at the end, so no having to hold a heavy mirror up while you plug it in. I’m a huge fan of smart toilets! This toilet has a Small footprint which was perfect for our small bathroom. It was tricky to install due to the small space but it turned out great. I love the heated seat and wash the has but haven’t used all the great features yet. Instructions didn’t specify you have to remove the top part by snapping it off - lift the seat and where the middle notches are you can start lifting it. That’s how you add the nuts. I absolutely LOVE this toilet. I pretty much dont have to touch it. I have an suppressed immune system so hygiene is a top priority. It is a high functioning toilet providing multiple comforting options like a heated seat, self cleaning bidet, night light, massage, etc. Enjoy tranquility on the toilet by listening to soothing music. Installation time does range from 1 to 4 hours depending on having an electrical outlet near for connectivity. The toilet also offers a manual flush feature should you loose electrical power.
