I really like the size and shape of this litter box, it fits nicely into the corner. My cat had a little trouble using it at first because it scared him, but he uses it now. The only issue I have with him is he has learned to throw the litter out through the door.. which can get messy, as you can see in the photo.. otherwise,It works quite well. I love how open it is. I kind of wish this one came with the step. Im not sure if the cats would use it, though. I already have one, and it has the front opening. My cats are both good size. This ones a little bit easier. I think for cats to go in and out of. Im not sure how long the bottom piece will last as it seems to be more material than hard plastic. I really like this litter box. It was easy to assemble and seems stable and sturdy and motor seems strong when the cycle runs. The size of the litter box is smaller than a regular box but is definitely large enough for a large adult cat. I actually appreciate the smaller size because the box has a smaller footprint and takes less litter to fill. The only thing I wonder about is how long the liner will last because it’s made of what seems like a canvas fabric (reminds me of the fabric of an outdoor pillow) and it seems like this might get smelly after a while.
