The brushed copper hardware are beyond beautiful.They are GE, sent tools to do it and it was super easy.The only issue, was that it took several weeks for it to be delivered. It was considered an appliance and had to be signed for. Bought this several months ago. Although I sent the link with specs and installation instructions to the builder's subcontractor, he installed the grill on wood supports which is combustible. Of course, the builder blamed us for not buying via his subcontractor (which would have been much more expensive). After the subcontractor made a steel box with cement board to address the combustion issue, we discover he didn't allow room to pull the grease pans out. Yes, I know I can check the app to confirm, but this is annoying to have to reach for my phone when my previous dishwasher simply had an LED that stayed lit to confirm the wash completed properly. Every day I use the dishwasher I'm reminded that Bosch would somehow rather save a tiny tiny amount of energy to shut the dishwasher totally off than leave a little LED lit to confirm that the wash completed. I have kids, and they need to know whether the dishes in the dishwasher are clean or dirty. Without this signal, it makes this harder than it should be. I'm all for saving energy and saving the planet, but not having a "successful completion LED" was a bad engineering decision. Next time, I will be more careful to buy a dishwasher with that feature..
