Very tight tolerances, to install, but absolutely stunning. We have taken one star off because the water pressure on the bidet is not as strong as we are used to, but it still does the job. They are indeed very very heavy and arrived in two different packages which was only annoying b/c then I had to get people twice to bring them in, versus just once but two trips at the same time. I just thought that part was odd. They haven't been installed yet so I need to update my review once that happens.
