We like the fact that it has a lower setting such that we don’t overload our electric panel. While the flame doesn’t appear “real“ per se it is still life-like and attractive to look at. Delivery was very good, arrived early. The tub is unbelievable-21 inches high, lots of jets. It was installed 2 days ago. Waiting for the tub surround. I actually got paint chips to try to match the color, because as you know, there are many whites (the white of my tub is not the white of my toilet.
