Item arrived in 2 separate shipments, on 2 back-to-back days. They were fairly well packed Unpacking was easy. No shipping damages were observed. I noted that the assembly instructions were mediocre at best. Most pieces were not even marked. Because of these, assembly was challenging, but manageable and time consuming. The overall result was pleasing. A nice looking vanity at a reasonable price. I did have to pay a fabricator for a custom made quartz countertop with cutouts. Very happy so far! It was packaged well for shipment and we found zero damage. We got the gray one and the color and shade are perfect, kind of a medium dove gray. It looks well built and sturdy, however one of the drawers seems a little sticky, doesn't open as smooth as the others. Hopefully a little use will correct that, or it's handy man time. I haven't installed it yet, still shopping faucets, but intend to put it in next weekend. Overall experience has been excellent this time around. Overall a solid built vanity. There’s a center support brace underneath making installs with floor plumbing tricky. Little plumbing rework solves that. One of the drawer fronts does have a dent.
