After receiving a replacement Edgestar beverage fridge, I am totally pleased with the quality of the unit. The second unit was delivered minus the lower portion of the shipping box, exposing the complete underside of the Edgestar fridge when tipped 45 degrees. The electrical was just hanging out to one side. Shipping company must have given the unit a rough transport....or was not packaged properly before shipment from warehouse. One adjusting height screw was missing and a quarter coin size dent on the right side panel in the middle. Removed the height adjustment screw from the fridge that was being returned that had major damage to top hinge that caused the door to be misaligned and hang low and not straight. Customer service Rep Monae G was excellent in resolving the problem and ordered a new replacement. Thank you very much.. Anonymous. Sun Feb 04 2024
