This robe hook is very nice. The only issue we faced was the length of the set screws (way to attach hook to bracket). They were essentially too short to properly tighten to the wall bracket. Shipping company couldn't find it on the day we were to receive it, moved delivery another week, then pushed us another week. Wayfair provided no help.
