This is the most terrible experience I have had with wayfair. When the toilet arrived, we opened the top of the boxes to check it is not Broken. My plumber finally came to install it and it and found out that 4 inner components are missing. Plumber said this looked like a returned item that Wayfair sent to me. This engineered flooring is a neutral greige tone. The finish is smooth with no wood texture feel. The top and bottom plank are full length where the middle pieces are split which I thought was odd but maybe that’s how all boxes come The backside of the planks are a rustic finish that I kind of like (see last photo). There are like 12 bolts needed in total. It’s very heavy once put together and takes up a lot of space width and height wise. I was thinking the benches would fold under the table and they do not. Because of that, it takes up a lot more room width wise than what I was expecting. On the plus size, this will be really nice for gatherings and the plastic tops will clean up really easily. Great water delivery. Previous toilet had multiple holes which hard water build up decreased water released into stool when toilet was flushed.
