My toilet buttons had to be jiggled to stop the water running. I watched a video that said where the problem probably resides. Plumbing work is like going to the dentist - no one really wants to "kick the skunk" as one fix tends to create another repair. I set aside two hours to do this. At 1430 I shut the water off. At 1435 I pulled the errant part. At 1440 I reinstalled the new part supplied by Wayfair. At 1445 I turned the water back on. Everything worked and I'd spent 15 minutes...That makes me really happy.. Very happy with the product and works as described. I would point out that you need to use the provided 1/2 inch connectors as the bidet requires that size. You can see where it looks like a flaw in the ceramic which leads me to think they are selling seconds or rejects on Wayfair. The urinal looks great. I haven't had it installed yet but it will be nice to have one in my basement bathroom. There was a bit of misleading in the shipping notices. I had ordered a toilet also but then cancelled it. The delivery notice said the toilet was being delivered! I emailed Wayfair support and they assured me the urinal was shipped and they were right!! I have nothing but praise for all my dealings with Wayfair.ca. Excellent service before and after the sale!! Update: I finally got this installed and it works perfectly.
