The racks are versatile but don't roll as well as I expected they would. There is no indication that the cycle has completed other than the floor display going out. This is fine if you are the one that started the washer, but if you aren't you may end up putting dirty dishes in with clean ones. After lookjng at several other dishwashers we decided to try Bosch again, hopefully the first experience was random. We like the stainless tub, and bottom line, Bosch has a good reputation.
