I'll try to post a photo of one of my regular pairing knives next to the extra wide one to help explain! Durable, stainless steel, baffle filter for use with select Zephyr range hoods. The interlocking baffles allow for more capture of grease in the filters due to the rapid flow of changing air direction. As grease is heavier than air, the grease stays trapped on the baffles and promotes better air flow within your kitchen. Please check your Zephyr range hood's specification sheet to ensure compatibility.
