I took away a star (probably should have been two) because the directions and design are terrible. Connecting the power cords were self-explanatory, but the way the left and right pieces connect together was a huge miss and overkill. and the directions were even worse. Surely you could have done a better job at writing some simple directions or with the connection design. I have put pieces like this together with my eyes closed, but following these directions, the bolts were upside down, and I had to take everything apart and start over. I ordered the 2 theater seats in luxe smoke. I opted for manual opeeation due to much lower cost. I was able to purchase the 2 recliners for $ 880.00. I am very pleased with this purchase due to: small footprint, soft and supple leather, solid wood frame, comfortable seating, convenient cup holders, ports to add accessories such as tray, light, ashtray, etc., and wall hugger reclining. I wish there were slipcovers offered that would offer a custom fit for protection of leather. I currently cover them with a sheet to prevent cat from damaging leather. Way bigger than I thought but that’s my fault for not measuring. I got both love seat and couch. They look almost the same size. But they’re HUGE and comfortable. Your feet don’t touch the ground when you sit in them because they’re so deep and tall. Very soft.
