It comes in a crate and its 300 pounds so beware. I paid for the delivery service and it was no problem although the men visibly struggled to get it into my bedroom. My master is on the first floor. I couldnt imagine trying to get it up an interior stairway. Ive read some other reviews that complain of it not retaining heat. My experience is the opposite. The Barcelona backrest provides added support to the singularly indulgent and blissful Barcelona and Terrassa bathtubs. At almost 27” in length, it enhances the angle of recline, encouraging deep soaks that last longer. Its ergonomic shape gives the upper back and lumbar regions a reason to lean farther in and feel as comfortable and cozy as possible.
