The tub is beautiful and I can't believe the price for a stone resin tub. I was quoted more for an acrylic tub, which would have cheapened the overall look of my bathroom remodel. It was perfectly crated and undamaged. It took 4 men huffing and puffing to haul it to my primary bath, but it was just installed and all is working well. A few things to note: it is thinner than I imagined it to be based on the weight, so I hope it doesn't mean it is more fragile in the long term. the matte will definitely get scuffs when installing, but it comes right out with the sander.. I couldnt imagine trying to get it up an interior stairway. Ive read some other reviews that complain of it not retaining heat. My experience is the opposite.
