I researched many different floor brands (big box stores and online) and got tons of samples. My local flooring store gave me some really big samples to take home for a few days to view in various lighting. I was stuck between the Mannington nougat and praline. Bought sight unseen, just via computer image and crossed fingers. These are gorgeous in person. I didnt want a white floor (the dirt!) or a dark floor (the dirt!). The pattern here will go with any color grout (I suggest darker than the tiles though!) and the overall effect will, hopefully, be like...sand, the beach, the coast.
