It comes in a crate and its 300 pounds so beware. I paid for the delivery service and it was no problem although the men visibly struggled to get it into my bedroom. My master is on the first floor. I couldnt imagine trying to get it up an interior stairway. Ive read some other reviews that complain of it not retaining heat. My experience is the opposite. I got this bathtub about 8 months ago, I finally decided to write a comment since I’m pretty satisfied about it. It’s a clean, modern looking tub, makes my bathroom look nice and elegant. The quality is great. I had a flooded bathroom once, have to replace the floor and remove everything on top of it. So the tub has been removed and installed 3 times total, without any issues..
