I also don't like the fact the ice cubes stick ALOT and I have to open and shake the container. Also don't like the noise level. The portable AC unit definitely helps cool the room and makes my overall electric bill cheaper by not running the central AC as much. The biggest game changer is buying the dual hose conversion. I would not recommend this product if you did not purchase the door hose conversion.
