Tapered pinewood legs are accentuated with brass-finished metal legs.

I use this as a credenza in my home office. My only complaint is that the rattan on the doors is a bit flimsy and is a bit too transparent. You can see all the junk I'm trying to hide behind it. I'm just going to line the back of the rattan with black cardstock, but I'm not sure how long it's going to hold up. We just had it installed yesterday. Recommend that you get a print out of the specifications and the installation. From what I was able to read in Wayfare’s description section, we would be able to install the unit flush with the ceiling. And unfortunately, because I didn’t have printed specifications we had to drop down the unit a foot from the ceiling. Not the inconspicuous flush mount unit and I was hoping for. According to my contractor, this was a very complicated unit to install. To be fair this is a relatively new category of range top hoods that are being offered. Pleased with the noise level, but have yet to cook with it. Read reviews from other previous purchasers, and a common statement was how small the remote controller was.
