I’ve owned the fridge for about 3 weeks and it is a solid upgrade. PROS: It looks great and elevates the look of the kitchen to gourmet. The water/filter quality is top tier and the auto sense fill feature saves time when filling up a glass or a measuring cup. And of course it chills and freezes nicely with features that boost the capability for special circumstances such as installation or recovering from a power outage. CONS. It’s missing a few “normal folks” features that I’ve enjoyed over the years and that I would expect for the cost. 1. It is massive and takes 4-6 people to deliver it; annotate that during delivery or they won’t send enough people to get it off the truck. Also, installation and haul away aren’t included. Be prepared to pay a few hundred extra. 2. The door isn't magnetized - so it won’t hold a magnet. 3. This refrigerator is fabulous !! So much room. And the little add ons..... an easy to reach snack drawer for the Grandkids, sliding shelves to accommodate taller items, BIG sturdy door shelves, easy to access freezer with a top sliding drawer (love) and ........whats this .......another drawer between the freezer and refrigerated top.....its an extra refrigerated drawer..... , NO....its an extra freezer door....wait......it can be EITHER What kind of refrigerator madness is this !! And I didnt even get to talk about the waterice features. Would most certainly recommend this refrigerator to anyone. Am considering sending out invitations to my Friends to come visit it lol..
