It took a day to assemble. I hired the crew from Handy via Wayfair. I bought the sheet shingles for the roofing since it doesn’t come with the kit and they were able to place it. I paid for a concrete slab to be made for it. Overall the whole project was about 4500. I am located in Florida and I will have to strap it down in case of a hurricane and hope for the best.. Ivana. Apex roof sheds have the apex gable ends and are the most popular and economical type of metal shed design.

The shed itself I think will be ok, however, I do not recommend purchasing. Every piece of this has a thin thin plastic coating that has to be peeled off and it is a complete pain!! it will not come off at all at once and has to be picked and pulled a little at a time. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Instructions were a pain. Also the boxes are delivered with box 3 on top which is good to access the installation instructions but the floor is in box 1 where we started. Screws and parts were in packages that didn’t match the instructions. Had to play hunt and seek for everything. The truss information in the instructions were wrong as only two trusses had the notch for the door but no reference for the other 2 matching trusses we had so ended up instead of removing the whole roof and taking an additional 4 hours we had to adjust the trusses for the door manually to accommodate the door swing - why all trusses aren’t the same is beyond me or the instructions were better. I received the shed and once I finish putting it completely together realize that the floor frame that was supposed to come with the shed I did not receive. One of the deciding factors of why I ordered this particular shed was because it stated that it came with a floor frame and I did not receive it. Now that I have physically put it all together and do not want to waste my time taking it completely apart I now have to figure out a way to have a frame for the floor. I feel as though if you're going to list a product and in the actual description it states with floor frame it should actually have a floor frame. Lovely shed! It was just the size we were looking for. We watched several YouTube videos on how to assemble and it helped. It was a bear to put together, things didn't line up always and so we had to bang them into place. As for it being water tight, fingers crossed, only time will tell. Made in USA! As of today, my shed is 90% assembled. Not too physically difficult to put together but definitely need two people. I suggest using the assembly manual as a reference and watching videos on YT from people who have assembled them. It’s critical that the base is level and solid. I really love the look of my shed.
