I've purchased a few items from Wayfair in the past, but I was in the middle of moving into my New Jersey apartment by myself, so things were too hectic to leave a review back then. However, I recently bought a Portable Hemming Machine and am so satisfied with it that I finally decided to write one. It’s the same brand I used to own. Although this is a slightly lower-tier model than my previous one, the price was about the same. I bought my old one in-store, but it’s really hard to find this specific brand and model from other suppliers right now. Plus, from my experience, other places usually have slow shipping. Since I needed it urgently, I went with Wayfair again based on my previous good experiences, hoping for fast delivery. I placed the order on Thursday afternoon, and it arrived right around noon today (Monday). The delivery was smooth and remembering how well all my previous Wayfair orders were delivered, I really want to thank everyone involved, including the supplier. I set up the machine today and tested it out—it works perfectly and is just as easy and convenient to use as my old one. This also reminds me of a past order (mostly furniture back then) where I had to return an item because it wasn't quite what I expected. Wayfair's customer service was incredibly kind and handled both the return and refund smoothly. I’d like to express my belated gratitude for that as well! Of course, this time the purchase was absolutely perfect with zero issues, so I didn't even need to contact customer service. Above all, this item is hard to find elsewhere, and even if I had found it, I highly doubt I would have received it this quickly. Wayfair never disappoints. It was a truly satisfying purchase. This sewing machine is a solid beginner model. I myself am just starting my sewing journey, and this machine has worked well so far. One caveat - the instruction manual said “Zigzag foot J” would be included in the accessories, but it was missing from my purchase. I took my year and a half old sewing machine in for repair again. I have always bought my sewing machines from the old school company. I was looking around the shop while they check my sewing machine out. I noticed a LB5500M at a very good price. I’ve wanted an a sewing machine that could do embroidery for sometime. I set it up at home and started sewing with it. It blew me away the features are fantastic but it’s the way it feels that one me over. It’s very intuitive to use, I seamlessly flow from one project to another. The quality is fantastic and ease of use is unbelievable. I wish I hadn’t just purchased a serger made by the other company.
