This mattress is much firmer than I expected. I had to change my pillow since I am side sleeper and didn't sink in as far as usual. Had a kink in my neck for a week. Once I changed pillows seem to sleep better. Still getting used to the firmness, but hoping I will adjust over time. I researched many different floor brands (big box stores and online) and got tons of samples. My local flooring store gave me some really big samples to take home for a few days to view in various lighting. I was stuck between the Mannington nougat and praline.
