After unpacking the mattress, visually and physically the bed was very appealing, inviting, exuding of quality and craftsmanship. I was pretty hesitant for the first few nights, anticipating some lumbar or shoulder pain from acclimating to a new mattress. However, on the very first night, I immediately noticed how sleepy it made me within a few minutes of laying down. Since then, I look forward to bedtime because the mattress functions so reliably. My body was able to meld to the bed within a couple of days, and my sleeping health has improved dramatically. I don't wake up throughout the night, or have any new muscle aches or pains. I'm able to get off the bed with ease because I feel like I'm laying on top of the mattress rather than sinking into it. This mattress is used when we have guest as well. My mom slept on it and she gave her stamp of approval. Believe me when I say that my Mom would let me know if she didn't like it. My dad has also slept on it a few times and he also likes it but would of liked a more firmer mattresses (he is strange). Overall it is a very good mattress.
