I didn’t like seeing that through the glass so I used black stock card behind the glass doors and that did the trick. I am considering changing the knobs to something more primitive. This is a solid piece of furniture. It’s not some cheap “put it together yourself” desk. The actual desk part arrives as a solid piece, you only need to attach the legs. Definitely have a 2nd person with you when you assemble this item…the top is quite heavy. The assembly itself was quick easy. The desk has that clean Mid-Century Modern look that we love. I love the warm finish of the wood. The right hand drawer with the outlets and charging ports is large enough to fit my iPad inside.
