Purchased this on a boxing week sale, we are very happy with it. We like the fact that this unit has a stainless steel wand, where as other units we looked at used plastic. The only feature this one didn't have that would have been nice to have would be separate user profile settings, however this is not a showstopper for us. Very tight tolerances, to install, but absolutely stunning. We have taken one star off because the water pressure on the bidet is not as strong as we are used to, but it still does the job.
