Smaller than I wanted it will not hold the towels side by side. If your plug is behind the rack there is not enough room for the towels to hang and its a fight to get them on the rack. Also the rack does not heat as well the only area that heats is where the towel is laying across the bar not just touching it. Very sturdy and easy to install. We installed ours over where a round doorknob used to be. We still need to add a little wood filler, stains and paint to cover a small bit of the hole in the door at the top of the handle. This went on my interior laundry roommudroom door. The Zephyr wine fridge was securely packaged (plastic, then foam strapped in on all sides/top/bottom, then heavy cardboard strapped to a padded pallet that was easy to move), the unit is in place, handle was the only needed install and was a breeze.
