This is a great water dispenser. Installation was straightforward. No special skill need except for common sense. The flow rate is good. Cold & Hot water temperature control are good. Only problem I had was the drip tray gets fill up quickly and spill over to the carpet. The red float indicator is not obvious enough and by the time it surface it's too late.
