For the price of $809 and free shipping this was worth it for me. Having said that, there are issues. The ash drops through a chute BEHIND and underneath the unit. I have not figured out what can be put back there to collect ashes. It will have to be a wide short metal bucket of some type. I think this should have been mentioned and provided or be for optional order. Then there is the ridiculous excuse for an owners/instruction manual. How hard would it have been to expand that just a little...for instance...I do not know what the lever in front underneath the firebox is for...I assume for dropping ash.......then there is the problem of .....is the back position closing up the ash drop, or is the forward position that causes ash to drop? The unit was built in November of 2025 and arrived Dec 15, 2025 but all that notes that on the metal sheet from the back is a dimple in a box, and for the model number. I might have bought a different make of wood stove had I known all the above for $100 more plus the separate purchase of a blower....and all of them seemed to be out of stock. Then there is the metal sheet on the back that has the serial number on it. How hard would it have been to make a copy of that for the owners/instruction manual?. Richard. Marble Falls, TX. The recessed gas plug is a convenient outlet for natural gas or propane that can be hooked up directly to your house or RV gas system. This outlet is designed to be recessed into the wall with a fire-rated abs rough-in box, covered with a brushed finished stainless steel door that protrudes no more than 1/2" out from the finished surface. The gas plug (TM) door can be closed while the appliance remains hooked up. It is manufactured with an extra safety feature that ensures the gas supply is shut off before an appliance can be disconnected, which along with the lockable door provides the owner with peace of mind and a clean method of concealing pipes and valves.

A complete set of moonshine is still, great for both beginners and experts and very easy to set up and use. It can be used for distilling fruit wine, water, and brandy, and refining plant extracts for medicinal purposes. This pot still can be heated by an induction cooker (with a heat-conducting plate), stove, or any other heating source. Double kegs for better distilling results.

Instructions were vague but the picture helped a lot. Unit appears to be solid construction and the booklet has good recipes. We ran the unit and was happy to see it working fine. Make sure you have wrenches with you on your first run to tighten any loose connections. I am very happy with the product. We used an 1800 Watt electrical induction hot plate outside but it took almost 2 hours to start gettting product. We let it finish but had a lot of liquid in pot so we moved indoors.
