Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). We shopped around for sometime and were leaning towards buying a spa from a local dealer when the wife discovered this unit. The Smartmak sauna I do NOT recommend. The poorly written assembly manual with parts not identified was inadequate. The process of assembly was very poor with no clear photos of the sauna we purchased. I also received many email phishing attempts right after contacting the Smartmak company customer help which was not very good. Wayfair company however I do recommend and will buy again from them..
