Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). I bought this tub especially for the matte finish the previous reviewer disliked. It looks more like real stone IMO and eveyone loves the tub. It was light weight and easy to install but dirt shows up on it easier because of the finish. It doesn’t bother me though for the price and the statement this tub makes, I’ll take the small amount of extra cleaning. We bought this tub and had to remodel and customize our space for it because of how our setup was before. I am 54 and 150lbs so this size tub is perfect for me. My husband however, is 6 and 240lbs and he fits very snug in here. We wanted this tub mostly for him because of his aggressive job stress on his body, but it is a bit too snug for him. He did sit in it for a bit, but just wanted to clarify that it is pretty narrow for a muscular bulky guy. It is very lightweight so we need to be very careful when we get out so we dont tilt it over. The faucets have great pressure and so do the jets. If I could change any thing it would be for it to be a bit quieter and for them to offer the faucets in other colors.
