We shopped around for sometime and were leaning towards buying a spa from a local dealer when the wife discovered this unit. I was more than a little skeptical at first but after reading reviews and doing research we pulled the trigger. The spa arrived in less than a week and we couldn’t be happier. This tub arrived quickly and without a scratch. It is well-made with quality materials and finish. I can sit comfortably and stretch out my legs. I’m 5’9”. Note that it requires 3 separate gfi plugs. Optimally this would be on a platform with plugs underneath. There is no access panel or spot to run cords thru. Mine was dropped into the basement. Because it has a faucet and not a tub filler, it takes quite some time to fill.Before you turn on the pumps, make sure they are at their lowest setting. If not, they will throw water EVERYWHERE! And if the tub is too full - even with settings as low as possible - the water bubbles over the sides. The jets are so strong that it’s difficult to relax with them on. It doesn’t help that the light flashes thru its colors quickly and there’s no way to turn it down or off. Hope I grow to tolerate it better.. Anonymous. Fri Feb 13 2026

We love our hot tub! We purchased it at a wonderful price when it went on sale. It took 8 weeks to get it but it was worth the wait. We filled it and at the time the temperature was 57 degrees it took 6 hours to reach 102. We live in Michigan and it’s fall temperature around 60. The jets are wonderful and I love the different color lights. We got the mahogany with mahogany top. I love all the different setting options and find it extremely comfortable. Unfortunately, at least for the moment, Wayfair does not seem to offer accessories for this product, which need to be ordered through the manufacturer, and the manufacturer sadly does not ship to Hawaii (requiring a shipping middleman --- do-able, but a royal pain, and an added expense). We bought this tub and had to remodel and customize our space for it because of how our setup was before. I am 54 and 150lbs so this size tub is perfect for me. My husband however, is 6 and 240lbs and he fits very snug in here. We wanted this tub mostly for him because of his aggressive job stress on his body, but it is a bit too snug for him. He did sit in it for a bit, but just wanted to clarify that it is pretty narrow for a muscular bulky guy. It is very lightweight so we need to be very careful when we get out so we dont tilt it over. The faucets have great pressure and so do the jets. If I could change any thing it would be for it to be a bit quieter and for them to offer the faucets in other colors.
