Found the perfect installation product! I was looking to make an old fixture smart automated and this SkyPlug canopy kit allowed me do just that. The company has a SkyHome app that controls my light and best part was how easy it was to install the plug and canopy onto my fixture. After installing the outlet and plugging in my Eurofase fixture I realized how dirty the glass was. The Skyplug allowed me the ease of unplugging and cleaning my glass fixture on the ground and then quickly plugging it back into the ceiling. Where has this amazing invention been? You can use it with almost any hanging light! I think I might just install these in the whole house. I had to get a handymanplumber to install the Flex Non Electric Toilet because of the mounting plate on the floor it was different then the old one but he made it work, we wasn’t able to find the shut off valve that was the same as the hose that was included so we went with 38 hose that we had, we have an older condo unit so installing took longer 2 hours.The wax ring that goes in the floor our plumber said it is the best. Regardless of the minor problems we ran into, (again our condo is old) I love the toilet, flushes fast fill quickly, the best part is the NO SLAM SEAT AND FLUSH BUTTON at the bottom foot level on the side.
