I really like these fixtures, but wanted to add one word of caution. Because the decorative links are STEMS rather than chains, "adjusting the length" means using 1 or 2 stems. You are not given that much flexibility in the length. This was hard for us, because we found out that 1 stem made it too high and 2 stems made it too low. I was searching for a blender used mostly for making green smoothies with frozen fruits. This Braun blender is extremely well built with quality materials and all mechanical controls have a good tactile feel. I just made a batch of green smoothie without a hitch.
