TERRIBLE chairs! I was most worried about the cushions but those ended up being the best part of the chair. Screw holes were misaligned with one unable to screw in all together. While trying to put it together I stripped the bolt next to it leaving the chair unable to be sat in. Customer service won’t issue a refund or replacement chair without shipping the broken one back. I cannot disassemble the chair because of the stripped bolt so they suggested I go out and buy a big moving box to return it. I’m not sure who has time for this nonsense but I certainly do not. this set was actually much nicer than expected. Had purchased to put on our front porch and not really be used (more for visual than function) but they are comfortable and really nice in person. I ended up moving something else out on the porch and added these to the deck so that we can enjoy them. Easy to put together. My thirteen year old son did everything start to finish. They do swivel and rock slightly. Cushions are fairly thick which was a nice surprise. I figured I'd have to have them replaced as other sets' cushions have been lackluster at best.
