It’s a nice looking bed. We purchased it for a guest bedroom. It was fairly easy to assemble but my husband did have to make a few adjustments. The sides were out of square so he had to adjust the bracket that holds the headboard to the side boards. We also had to add more screws to the rails that hold the slats. For the money, it’s fine. It’s softer than I thought it’d be! I prefer an extremely soft mattress but I needed a shorter (10”) mattress for the bed frame I wanted and ultra plush is harder to find so I settled on this one and I’m quite pleased. Great value! I needed a smaller mattress for temporary use until I move to my permanent home and buy a more expensive mattress. But I have back and joint problems so was concerned about mattress quality. However, I am very happy with the mattress for the price. Have slept well on it. It is comfortable. It’s firm but not too firm. I don’t like that the corners sink if sitting on the edge. I wish it had a more sturdy edge. I do not think the mattress expanded all the way to the 12” it is supposed to. I would prefer a more firm memory foam top instead of the pillow top it has. I have a unique setup where I have 2 queen beds together because I sleep with my 2 great danes and 1 great pyrenees. I needed to be sure this bed was supportive, with some bounce , because straight memory foam doens't hold up to the amount of weight that could be on the bed. THIS IS AMAZING. First the coils are stiff with tons of support. Exactly what I need! It's an honest 12" high which is important since I have a 12" mattress next to it and it was off in measurements, it would be uncomfortable. But most importantly its extremely comfortable.
