At the six month mark and it is great. Holds the temp and humidity spot on. Maintenance is low and it looks great. Just cooling and no heating. Adopting Semiconductor Refrigeration Technology (Peltier Effect). The internal cabinet temperature is affected by the set temperature and ambient temperature. Best for summer use, but if you place the device indoors at 75-78 ℉ in winter, it would be suitable, too. The internal humidity is affected by the internal temperature and the water box. (It works better if with humidity control packs.)

I was disappointed in the piece - I thought I was buying a larger cubic foot humidor, but less than half the volume seems to be actual humidor space. There is a drawer on the back not mentioned in description or any images. Alot of unused volume is not humidor space. It’s a great little desktop humidor, currently sitting on my kitchenette countertop. Seasoned twice with distilled water to get the humidity under control and then threw in a Boveda 60g pack in the bottom drawer to maintain the proper humidity. Two notes: the attached hygrometer is non-adjustable and way off (as they always are) AND this bad boy is currently only holding 31 cigars of various sizes. It would hold way more if I were storing Coronas, for example, but it’s perfect for what I need it for: to hold my cigars that are next up in the rotation.
