Arrived safe and sound. I really like that inside the package, the foam is in two simple pieces that slide together so it's really easy to get the sink in or out of the box. It took a few minutes to figure out that you should press two buttons (for safety) to get it to turn on. It was a breeze after that. I am particularly anxious to try the beater for mashed potatoes. We also make a lot of smoothies so this will be helpful with all the other attachments. The only negative thing I can think of is the instructions had too many illustrations and were hard to follow.
