It comes in a crate and its 300 pounds so beware. I paid for the delivery service and it was no problem although the men visibly struggled to get it into my bedroom. My master is on the first floor. I couldnt imagine trying to get it up an interior stairway. Ive read some other reviews that complain of it not retaining heat. My experience is the opposite. Beautiful tub. Just make sure you tell the installer it is very heavy, and that they will need to flip it on its side to get it through interior doorways, since the tub is 38".
