Well I finally received this pillow it was on back order for a bit. Lumbar pillow is nice size came vacuumed pack so it may take a little bit for it to fluff up still very nice. This pillow arrived in a tightly plastic wrapped, square-ish package. I honestly did not think it was the bolster pillow...but it was! I removed it from the packaging and attempted to fluff it, without much success. I let it sit overnight and it did improve, but it is not yet in a cylinder shape. I am not holding out much hope, but I may toss it in the dryer for more fluffing. Meanwhile, the pillow color is exactly what I wanted, which is great. I am using it inside for my lounge area. It is a Sunbrella fabric, too, so I know it will be durable. The cover is zippered, so it can be removed to be washed, if necessary. My only complaint is the tags placed on the outside were not easily removable and removing one left a small hole in the seam. I used fabric glue to seal back up and keep that side down on the chaise.
