Extremely disappointed in my purchase on the 2 window valances. See photos with detailed notes attached. Each pattern cut and sew is different. It’s a problem as the client wants these to be used flat as a window header attached to a 1” X 2” board for a tailored look. This is not my mistake and should not have to accept a loss. The solution should be ship out a panel with the oval medallion or accept my refund in full without penalty in shipment on the one panel. $11.44 for a refund is unacceptable as I paid in good faith $51 plus tax for 1 panel. The piece brings elegance to a small hallway I decided to paint black with white doors. Instructions are straight forward for DIY if you live in a modern build. My home was built in 1944 YouTube helped with old home electric videos. The biggest install issue was finding the right bracket that could be concealed against a black ceiling. I included receipt of what worked and I covered in electrical tape to conceal the blue. I would have given 5 stars but even with white gloves provided by the manufacturer, most of the short crystals seemed scratched.
