The ordering process and delivery were fine. The quality of the product is good. Unfortunately, the selling company, Aarco, did not pack this whiteboard with any protection. It was just stuck in a box! After peeling off the protective covering when we hung the board this week, there was a dent. I order online regularly and most sellers ship their product well packed. Great product. The slate magnetic professional Series 120 is awesome. Everything arrived before the actual delivery date which was great. I would recommend breaking the board in by covering entire surface with chalk with the chalk on its side. After covering the board erase, write on it and then wash with water and a sponge. The chalk tray is wide enough to hold chalk and erasers. The magnetic capability is great. Also, you can purchase 1" map hook and clips and 1" inch flag display holders for this board as well.
