Just got the microwave set up and working, so time will tell. The MCM1611ST is very similar to a Magic Chef I bought in 2004. The old machine needed some parts, which impressively Magic Chef still sold, but the cost could have approached this new machine. The old machine had an all stainless case and cavity, which these new machines lack. It was also made in Korea, while all the new machines are made in China. It is lightweight but also feels as though it will hold up well. It isn’t fancy, but is great for extra seating when needed. I did notice that some of the chairs had legs that were not fully planted on the ground, but once it was sat in, it felt sturdy. I like how it folds up easily and is lightweight and easy to carry.. I just got the microwave so this is not yet a long term purchase. However it arrived packed well and easy to put on the counter. It was, however, heavy so my sister helped me.
