It comes in a crate and its 300 pounds so beware. I paid for the delivery service and it was no problem although the men visibly struggled to get it into my bedroom. My master is on the first floor. I couldnt imagine trying to get it up an interior stairway. Ive read some other reviews that complain of it not retaining heat. My experience is the opposite. Beautiful shower door that was easy to install. I almost didn’t purchase due to other reviews saying it had unclear instructions and didn’t fit American tubs, neither is true and I’m so glad I got this!
