ok this chair is the BEST thing ever!!! Seriously so comfortable, it has built in cupholders, it has heat which is amazing, and it says its massage but it's just a vibration feature that I don't personally like. The recline and lift works seamless and easily. the comfort is 10/10/ it's supportive, very high back and yet still so much cushion. it lays down flat so really ready to safely sleep in with high enough sides you won't roll out. Assembly was easy- 4 pieces and under 10 minutes. It was delivered quickly. Putting it together was not difficult except for somehow I put the back on backwards but even that was fairly easily remedied. I like the color.
